the operation of the home are the services we provide. We endeavour
to provide our prospective residents with as much information as
possible (information pack) to help them make an informed decision
about their choice of home. The administration and delivery of the
health and personal care draws on expert professional guidelines and
is provided on a carefully assessed individuals needs (Care plan).
